Ventilation and Exhaust System
The ventilation and exhaust system, consisting of an exhaust fan and an electric air inlet louver, is designed to activate automatically upon receiving an alarm signal from the gas detector. When triggered, the exhaust fan and air inlet louver work together to expel combustible gases from the energy storage container. Once the gas concentration drops to a safe level, the system automatically shuts off, ensuring continuous protection and safety.
The ventilation fan system for the battery energy storage system has been rigorously tested to meet industry standards for reliability and durability. These tests ensure the system can withstand demanding environmental conditions, including:
Dust resistance: Tested for protection against particulate ingress in dusty environments.
Waterproofing: Verified to prevent water intrusion, ensuring reliable performance in wet conditions.
Salt spray corrosion: Evaluated for resistance to corrosion in high-salinity or coastal environments.
High temperature and humidity: Tested for stability and functionality under extreme heat and moisture.
